Programs
  • altLes Mills RPM - RPM® is an indoor cycling class and cardiovascular training programme that provides fitness enthusiasts with a variety of applications. Professional coaching for 45 minutes helps you match terrain with tempo and all the energy of a small rock concert. RPM® is an awesome workout for improving your aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength.
  • Les Mills Body Pump - BODYPUMP® Workout begins using a programme-specific warm-up with the barbell and light weight, the session progresses through a total body workout starting with the legs and moving up to the chest, abdominals, arms and shoulders.
  • Les Mills Step - BODYSTEP® programme is designed so that you can work at you own intensity level. While lots of women enjoy the great toning benefits of BODYSTEP®, it's also enjoyed by men, particularly those who are not able to do high impact activities.
  • Les Mills Body Balance  – BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  • Fitbox - Fantastic 60 minute cardio workout with focus on Boxing, abdominal/muscular strength and burning fat. Boxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts and is great for stress relief.  Participants are both male and female, of all ages and no experience is needed as correct technique is taught by our instructors.
  • Thump boxing - Thump Boxing for fitness is a group fitness class that is structured to give YOU a more enjoyable workout with minimising the risk of injury and all the benefits of a maximum workout. CORRECT boxing training not only works all parts of the body but also all aspects of fitness such as; Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular endurance, Muscular strength, Stamina, Co-ordination, and power.
  • ZUMBA® – Zumba® is an energetic mix of Latin dance such as tango, salsa and samba with fun easy-to-follow routines combining lots of hip action and cardio. Zumba® classes are perfect for beginners as the steps are repetitive and easy to follow.  A typical class lasts an hour and guarantees a great all over body workout including your thighs, hips, core and arms as well as giving your coordination a workout too!   It’s not so important that you know the steps, but that you get into the music, enjoy it and have fun.
  • Low Impact Classes – We have a range of low impact classes that provide excellent aerobic and muscle conditioning benefits at a mild pace. Our ‘Light Pace’, ‘Gentle’ and ‘Stretch’ classes are great for beginners or the older person.
  • Pilates  – Pilates is designed to focus on postural and movement awareness.  Pilates works the body from the inside- out, strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, back, pelvis, neck & shoulders, whilst increasing mobility and flexibility.  Beginner, Level 1 & 2, Ball & Band classes are available.
