The YMCA is Redlands long serving community centre offering a range of facilities and programs to suit the diverse ages, interests and abilities of its surrounding communities.

At the Redlands YMCA we pride ourselves on being able to cater for the WHOLE FAMILY!

When you become a member you are entitled to full use of the gym, group fitness classes and the pool when open. You will also receive a standard program free of charge, conditions apply.

Our instructors will show you the correct method of using weights and cardio equipment, what weights to use and how often to use them.
