Squad Training
During the warmer months, the centre runs squad fitness sessions for members and the general public.
Sessions include
- Fitness training
- Stroke development
- Provide a good all over fitness workout
Sessions are offered at no charge for members of the fitness centre.
Otherwise standard fitness centre entry fees apply.
